Sam is a separate ecosystem · not a CE Teams persona. She handles personal life: journaling, memory, fitness, daily rituals. Coach handles work, Sam handles life, and they defer to each other when a topic crosses lanes.
This is where the Sam bridge will live. When paired, Coach can hand a personal topic to Sam ("that's her territory"), and Sam can hand a work topic to Coach ("Coach has the project memory for that").
