iOS doesn't expose an install prompt — here's the manual flow in Safari.

Tap the Share icon ⬆ in the bottom menu bar of Safari.

Scroll the share sheet and tap Add to Home Screen.

Confirm the name (CE Teams) and tap Add.

Launch from your home screen — runs full-screen, no browser UI.

Safari is required for this flow. Chrome, Edge, and other iOS browsers can't install PWAs on iOS — this is an Apple platform limitation.
